At Breathe Degrees, we strive to accommodate our customers’ needs. However, we understand that sometimes, plans change and an order may need to be canceled. Please review our cancellation policy below:

  • If you need to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please note that a cancellation fee of 5% will be applied to cover processing costs.
  • We aim to process refunds swiftly, but please allow between 3 to 10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
  • Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to accept cancellations. In such cases, we invite you to refer to our Return Policy for further instructions on how to proceed.
  • Please note that custom units enter production shortly after the order is placed. As such, cancellations cannot be accepted once production has commenced.

Return Policy at Breathe Degrees

We at Breathe Degrees prioritize your satisfaction with every purchase. If you find yourself needing to return a cold plunge, we’ve outlined our return policy below to assist you:

 

Eligibility for Returns:
  • Products Covered: This policy extends to all our cold plunge offerings.
  • Return Window: You have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return.

 

Restocking Fee:
  • A restocking fee of 15% applies to all returns, aiding in the costs associated with the return process, including inspection, testing, and recertification of the items.

 

Shipping Costs for Returns:
  • The responsibility for return shipping costs falls on the customer. Please use the original packaging for returns to ensure the item is well-protected during transit and arrives in good condition.

 

Steps to Initiate a Return:
  1. Contact Customer Support: Begin by reaching out to our Customer Support Team for a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed return instructions.
  2. Package the Item Securely: Use the original packaging or a sturdy alternative to pack the item, ensuring it’s well-protected.
  3. Ship the Item: Return the package to the address our Customer Support Team provides. Include the RA number on the package to facilitate easy identification upon arrival.
  4. Await Inspection and Refund: Upon receiving your return, our team will inspect the item to confirm it meets our return criteria. Allow 7-10 business days for the processing of your refund after we receive the return.
  5. Refund Confirmation: We will notify you via email once your refund has been issued to the original payment method.

     

    Items Not Eligible for Refunds:
    • Please note, items that have been damaged through misuse or are not in their original condition may not qualify for a refund.
