If youâre new to our studio, getting started is a breeze! First, youâll need to create an account by navigating to âMy Accountâ > âCreate One Now.â Once youâre set up, head over to the buy page to purchase the best option for reserving your spot. Then, simply find the class or open plunge session that youâd like to attend and click âReserve.â Need some recommendations on what to purchase?Â

Reserving a specific time makes your experience super smooth! If you want to slip in and out with ease, use the self check-in on the iPadâjust make sure you have a reservation. If not, feel free to walk in and our amazing desk staff will be happy to help book you in. Whether you plan ahead or decide on the fly, weâve got you covered!

Great newsâthereâs no penalty for canceling open plunge & sauna spots! So, if your plans change, youâre free to adjust your open plunge session without worry. However, please note that our classes do have a separate late cancellation/no show policy.Â

You donât need a membership to book a spot! If youâre looking to drop in here and there, we offer plenty of credit packages that are valid for a whole year. Flexibility is key, and weâre here to make sure you can enjoy our services when it works best for you.

Donât sweat it! If youâve never tried a cold plunge or sauna before, one of our rockstar staff members will be there to guide you every step of the way. Just be sure to bring a swimsuit, towel, and water bottle. Rental towels are available for $5.

Thatâs awesome! If you have a membership with an active guest pass or want to use one of yourstudio creditsto book a friend >find the class or open plunge session that youâd like to attend >click âReserveâ > âReserve for Guestâ > and enter their email to complete the reservation. If you donât have a guest pass, you can purchasea separate studio credit and book them in the same way. If you encounter any issues, feel free to give us a call or walk in! Just remember, a spot in our classes cannot be guaranteed without prior reservation, so itâs always best to book ahead. Weâre stoked to welcome you and your friend!
